ANY GAME THAT'S NOT MASK OR MENACE: Literally the only thing in his regular powerset he can't really do is take hearts. And he has to keep his destructive stuff limited to the size of a small to average sized car.

MASK OR MENACE NOTE: Rumpelstiltskin's more general "Enchanted Forest" powers include a number of rules and tend to be where deals come in. In general I will ask you personally, usually through PM, whether his magic can have an effect, but here's the full range for your personal foreknowledge. You may also post here to grant any necessary permissions:

--Fireballs: Exactly how they sound. His go-to for fast and effective offensive magic are balls of fire. They can get to be about the size of his head and he can throw them within his line of sight. It's fire -- it'll behave like fire does. Burn things, eventually die if it's not fed, drown in water, etc. He's not shown using them frequently, so I'd place the limitation on him that he could probably only throw maybe a few small (fist-sized) ones at a time, or one larger one, before that spell would tap out for him.
--Immobilization: This is shown a few times in the series as something he and previous Dark Ones have done, generally keeping people of lesser magicial ability in one place, thus allowing them to do whatever it is they are there to do -- whether it is complete a sacrifice or allow someone to make off with the victim's kid, etc. A person of equal or near matching ability might be able to throw it off. It lasts until he either releases it or has his concentration broken, or he leaves the area.
--Healing: Being the invulnerable Dark One has its advantages, but with injuries that would take him a while to heal, he can speed up the process manually. With other people, he can't bring anyone back from the dead, but he absolutely can heal simple injuries almost instantaneously and heal enough of more serious injuries (like say someone who's bleeding out, has been stabbed, etc) to where they are not fatal any longer. He can even magically re-attach limbs fairly instantaneously. The limitations of this, beyond his inability to raise the dead, is not expressly shown in the show. People brought back from near-fatal injuries are seen as still needing to rest and recuperate even with healing, though. Usually, what limits his use of this power is his genuine lack of interest in helping people who have nothing to offer him. Powerful healing magic is probably more common in the Enchanted Forest than one might think; it's altruism that's rare. All magic comes at a price. Even the nice stuff.
--Teleportation: Provided it's on the same plane and he knows where he is going, Rumpelstiltskin can teleport. It's not even really confirmed he can poof anywhere he's never been before -- unless he's being summoned, which is possible if someone on the same plane is deliberately calling his true name (or if they have the dagger). He can bring people with him if need be, but he tends to display little interest in doing that.
--Wards/Potions/Charms: I've lumped all these together because they tend to have the same limitations: They're usually complicated and require specific objects or ingredients to do so, and said ingredents can an often do operate on fairy tale logic. For example: Rumpelstiltskin can cast a protective ward around an area, but it requires using special chalk. That chalk would have had to have been fortified in some way -- perhaps imbued in Holy Water or carved out by a craftsman who never told lies. He managed to bottle the essence of magic by getting a hair each from a couple in true love, which creates its own magic, thus allowing himself to access his powers again in the world without magic. He can track a person if he has an object that belonged to them, provided they're on the same plane and/or not dead (at the time). This spell basically embues the object and causes it to fly off in whatever direction they're in. He could create a specific ward or charm against or for a person if he has a possession of theirs or something as simple as a hair. Even their name, if he uses it correctly, can be put into a spell. (He used Emma Swan's birth name, for instance, as a trigger to reawaken himself from the first curse in the series.) What's important, and what probably limits these things the most, is that he can't take any of these things without permission. They have to be given freely or won fairly by someone. In fact, most of his more impressive miracles that people buy don't work unless there's some form of consent from someone involved -- usually a signed contract. Now, whether the buyer fully understands that contract is their problem. He needs consent -- dubious consent counts. Most of these are plot-specific spells. They would require me to plan with other people and seek permission beforehand and would take time for Rumpelstiltskin to put together, especially since he's in a world that doesn't have magic identical to his own -- in which case there is the opportunity to make them not work like they should or have to follow specific rules that tie the magic more to this setting in particular. For instance, if a spell/ward/charm/etc were to require "a heroic weapon" or "childlike spirits" -- in a setting such as this game, these components could mean several things. A heroic weapon might involve nabbing, say, Mjolnir from Thor (which is an object in his vault in the series, btw), or the Vision, himself. Or a pen belonging to an adventure writer.

--Nerfed Canon Abilities: Another canon power of his is the ability to remove hearts and control people with them. I have it separated from this bunch because while it IS an "Enchanted Forest" type of magic, it's one that he knows HOW to use but actually DOESN'T use very often. In fact he's shown doing it maybe twice, ever, in the whole series. This is actually more an evil queen thing, not his (even though he's the one that taught her how to do it). I also have no intention in bringing his power over with him. That's nerfed, along with his ability to transform other people. (Sometimes it's because of deals they make with him, and other times he is shown transforming people to punish them for making him angry -- he turned a man into a snail just to step on him, for instance.) Those won't be coming with, nor will any telekinetic powers he's shown.
